Shipping and Handling

Once you purchase an item(s), there is a processing time of 5-10 business days. This is to ensure the product is packaged properly and securely so you will receive it in pristine condition. Afterwards, the item(s) will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or USPS, unless otherwise stated. Each product is insured. We provide free domestic shipping for most items. This excludes addresses in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Virgin Islands. In case of shipping to these locations please contact us. We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns

Vessel Sinks & Kitchen Items: We will ONLY accept returns for DAMAGED items and will need photos of the product(s) and the packaging untouched, the way they came. This is very important for the insurance claim of the item(s) and to issue a full refund. The return request needs to be sent and received via email within 10 days of delivery and the item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

No returns accepted for other items unless otherwise stated.  

Free Local Delivery

We deliver to local customers who are located within a 30 mile radius of our location in Harlingen, Texas free of charge. This option is presented at checkout once you enter in your address.
