**Damage Claims Need to be reported to us within 24 Hours of the package delivery date with photos of damage and packaging for proof. If the sink arrives broken or damaged DO NOT remove it from the crate. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT to remove the SINK from the crate if it has arrived damaged.
No claim is accepted if the product was removed from its crate.
CLAIMS MADE ANYTIME AFTER 24 HOURS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The shipping carrier does not allow us to submit an insurance claim after this time period if damage occurs during shipment.
